
Terms & Conditions
All our quotes assume that measurements submitted to us by the customer are correct for manufacturing purposes. If the measurements or specifications change at the time of order, we reserve the right to vary our quotation. The customer will be normally asked to sign a final confirmation of sizes and specification before manufacture, after which no alterations may be made, except as may be mutually agreed in writing, and any errors shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
When we are engaged to install our product, we will arrange for our surveyor to carry out a survey, to ensure measurements and specifications. Prices are confirmed after survey. We do not expect to vary quoted prices unless, of course, there are significant differences between measurements supplied and actual measurements, as established by our surveyor.
We assume all work is to be carried out on a ground floor location, unless otherwise agreed. Any extra charges required to lift our product beyond ground floor are chargeable.
The home owner is responsible to ensure compliance with building regulations, etc.
It is the client's responsibility to arrange and pay for adequate parking for our vehicles.
When placing an order we require a 30% deposit, and cleared funds to be paid prior to installation (no surcharge for credit cards).
The prices quoted include for all works detailed in this quotation and are valid only for the quantities quoted.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
Where a supply-only price is offered, the price quoted is ex factory and any delivery shall be chargeable.
Title to all or part of our product does not pass until payment is received in full.
We are not responsible for any damage to structure or decoration when extracting a set of doors or windows already in place. Any costs to rectify such damage are outside the scope of our agreement, as are any decorative finishings around our installed doors.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of us being unable to meet a production or installation deadline.
Where Sunseeker Doors Ltd are not contracted to carry out the sliding doors installation, the installation must be carried out in accordance with our instructions and no alterations or variations to be made without our agreement in writing. Any faulty parts must be returned to our factory for repair or replacement. Call out charges will apply in respect of any assistance required with the installation or rectification.
Design improvements are made on a regular basis and so actual product may vary from pictures and/or specifications shown.
In the event of order cancellation a full refund of your deposit is at the discretion of the company.
Always check our estimated delivery times as this is a variable calculation.
Our warranty consists of two years parts and labour on all moving parts and five years on sealed units, subject to the above conditions.
